1. Key points and skills of meeting room layout
The layout of the meeting room is also very important. If you have good equipment, you can’t achieve its perfect effect without a good environment! It is best to install a lighting controller on the venue console to control the lighting according to the needs of the venue. Because sometimes it needs to be darker, sometimes it needs to be brighter, why?
The need for a dim point is because indoor lighting will also directly affect the display quality of the projection screen. If the ambient illuminance in the conference room is high, the contrast of the projection screen will be low, the screen will be blurred, and the projection quality will be affected. Obviously, the lighting of the conference room environment and the brightness of the display media need to be carefully weighed and considered comprehensively to achieve better visual effects.
The need for bright spots is because if the participants in the meeting are in a low-light environment for a long time, it will cause the fatigue of the visual system, and can not cause the excitement of the participants’ brains, so that the participants can easily doze off. Moreover, the time required for projection in most meetings is not very long, so in addition to the requirements of the necessary dark light such as the need for projection, the meeting place must ensure sufficient light.
And need enough breadth, so many lights are of course indispensable. In addition, pay attention to ventilation, temperature and humidity. With so many people in a meeting, poor ventilation will increase the concentration of carbon dioxide, and will also cause high ambient temperature and humidity, causing some people to have headaches, fatigue and other uncomfortable reactions. It is ideal to keep the temperature at 20~25°c, and the relative humidity is between 30~60%.
There are many methods for noise control and acoustic treatment. For acoustic treatment, frequency characteristic control, echo control and noise control should be considered.
Frequency and echo control can be controlled by the mixing console in the control room, with an additional high-quality power amplifier, to control the high, medium, and bass, and the speakers can be placed around the venue to make participants feel immersive.
Noise control mainly refers to the control of sound insulation and sound absorption effect. Sound insulation mainly refers to the use of double-layer windows to isolate external noise. The main components of some electrical equipment are installed in the control room to avoid inductive electrical equipment noise; sound absorption refers to indoor carpets and ceilings. , The walls around the conference room should not be too smooth. It is better to be equipped with soundproof materials and packaged with soft cloth to ensure that the indoor noise is less than 40 decibels. Microphones and speakers should be kept at an appropriate distance and direction to reduce the echo in the meeting room to form a good meeting environment.
2. Meeting room lighting design and lighting requirements
The lighting design of the video conference room is a very critical factor for obtaining satisfactory visual effects. In addition to providing a comfortable meeting environment for participants, a well-designed video conference room can also achieve a better sense of presence and improve the effect of video conferences.
Video conferences are different from ordinary conferences. Because of the use of camera devices, the lighting, color, and background of the conference room have a great impact on the quality of video images. Videography is a professional knowledge. It is recommended to ask a decoration company with professional videography knowledge for design and production when decorating conference rooms.
This article will briefly introduce the principled requirements for lighting in the design of video conference rooms:
Meeting room lighting design and lighting requirements
Illumination:
Lighting illuminance is a basic necessary condition for a video conference room. Because the time of a video conference is random, artificial cold light sources are used indoors to avoid natural light. The doors and windows of the meeting room should be covered with dark curtains. The light source has no adverse effect on human vision. It is more appropriate to choose three primary colors (color temperature 3000-3500K). The illumination requirements are as follows:
A) In order to ensure the correct image tone and self-balance of the camera, it is stipulated that the light illuminating the faces of the participants is uniform, and the illuminance should not be less than 500lux. The illuminance near the monitor and projection TV is 50-80lux, and direct light should be avoided.
B) The direction of the light is more important than the intensity of the light. Installing a diffuser lens for the light can fully diffuse the light and make the participants’ faces evenly illuminated.
Installation location requirements:
Three-color lights are generally installed on the ceiling of the conference room. An L-shaped frame should be installed on the ceiling. The lamp tube is installed at the corner of the L-shaped frame so that the light does not directly illuminate the object and the participants, but depends on the reflection and scattering of the light from the ceiling. Light up the meeting room.
In addition to the above two points, in order to achieve better results, also need to pay attention to:
A) Avoid direct sunlight to the object, background and lens, which will cause dazzling and strong contrast.
B) It is recommended to use auxiliary light when the light is weak, but avoid direct light.
C) Use auxiliary lighting, it is recommended to use daylight lighting. It is forbidden to use colored lights and avoid using stroboscopic flash sources.
D) Avoid direct exposure to the top light and side light from the top or outside the window, which will directly cause shadows.
E) It is recommended to use an indirect light source or a softer light reflected from a flat wall.
The effect of the layout of the meeting room on the light and light
Layout principle: ensure the camera effect to achieve the purpose of reproducing clear images.
Layout requirements:
In order to prevent the “dazzling” and “reflective” effects of color on people’s photography, the background wall should be designed separately. It is best to use a uniform light color, usually beige or gray. It is not suitable to use the format. The use of strong contrast is prohibited Color to facilitate the camera lens aperture setting.
The other three walls, floors, and ceilings of the room should match the color of the background wall. Avoid using black or saturated colors of bright colors, usually light blue, light gray, etc. Each wall is not suitable for using complex patterns or hanging complex frames, so as to avoid blurring of the image when the camera moves or zooms, and at the same time increases the coding overhead. It is best to seal the windows or install brown glass. You can also hang thick cloth curtains to prevent direct sunlight from the equipment.
The camera lens should not be aimed at the door. If the door is used as the background, people entering and exiting will expose the camera lens to the light source behind the camera target.
Conference table: The layout of the conference table is better. At the same time, in order to reduce facial shadows, a light-colored table or tablecloth is recommended for the conference table.
Conference room power supply system
In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the power supply system of the conference room and reduce the electrical crosstalk caused by the power supply, three power supply systems should be adopted.
A power supply system is used as electricity for lighting in the meeting room;
The second power supply system is used as the power supply for the entire terminal equipment and control room equipment, and adopts an uninterrupted power supply system (UPS);
The third power supply system is used for the power supply of air-conditioning equipment.
Grounding is a more important issue in power systems. The ground wire required in the control room or computer room or conference room should be connected to the ground bus set in the control room or computer room. If it is a separate grounding body, the grounding resistance should not be greater than 4 ohms; if it is difficult to set up a separate grounding body, it can also be combined with other grounding systems, and the grounding resistance should not be greater than 0.3 ohms.
It must be emphasized that the joint grounding method is adopted. The protective ground wire must be the fifth wire of the three-phase five-wire system, and must be strictly separated from the neutral wire of the AC resistance, otherwise the unbalanced power supply of the neutral wire will cause serious damage to the image. interference.
System equipment working environment requirements
In order to ensure the quality of the project and the reliable operation of the equipment, to achieve the best display effect, the following engineering technical requirements are proposed to the buyer:
Environmental requirements
The projector room must not leak water, the ground must be dry, and the wall must not be wet.
Illuminance
In order to get the best quality display image, try to avoid direct light on the screen. Therefore, it is recommended to use blackout curtains in the room, and the color is not reflective and cool. The indoor light source should be installed mainly with built-in direct-lighting downlights, especially within 3 meters of the screen, it is best to set it as a dark area or independent on/off control to improve the projection display effect.
Temperature and humidity requirements
The provided system equipment can work normally under the conditions of relative humidity 10~90% and temperature 10~50°C. But in order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment for a long time and prolong the service life of the system, the working environment of the projector should be the same as that of the computer, that is, the room temperature is 22℃±5℃, and the relative humidity is 70%±10%.
Power requirements
In order to ensure the high reliability of the system and reduce the occurrence of faults, it is recommended that the system use a regulated power supply (to ensure a good grounding, AC ground resistance <3Ω).
Signal source requirements
It is recommended that users prepare all kinds of computer signals and video signals before installation and commissioning of the entire system, and arrange these signal sources in the workbench or host room nearest to the projection wall to facilitate the operation of installation and commissioning personnel.
Equipment storage requirements
In order to ensure the safety of the equipment in this project, when the equipment arrives at the user site, the user should arrange a special temporary equipment room near the equipment installation site (preferably on the same floor), and designate a person to be responsible for the equipment safety and provide necessary equipment. Security measures to ensure the safety of the equipment so that the project can be completed smoothly as scheduled.
